Different ways for Herbs to get in to the body.

Different ways for herbs to get in to the body:
- Liquid Extract
- Tincture: (traditionally 14x stronger than an extract not always true because sometimes the terms are used interchangeably)
- Poultice: (semi-liquid applied directly to skin drawing)
- properties: great for breaks, burns, pain, inflammation, bites, stings, to draw out toxins, etc.
- Bolus: a suppository used for insertion into anus or vagina
- Tea
- Infusion: like a tea (rather than steep, pour boiling water over herb in a strainer)
- Enema: a water solution (use only purified water) with an herb, liquid Extracts, garlic, essential oils, etc.
- Baths
