If they do not I would be a little worried about them. If they do then you can feel a little better but just to make sure you should call it during their business hours and see if you get a live person. Second thing to look for is information on the product that they are offering for sale. Look and see if they have enough information on the website to answer at least most of your questions. Third question would be is the site easy enough to get around and navigate? If the answers to the questions are yes then I would say it would be pretty safe to place an order from them. If not you might want to look somewhere else.
