Wellness for some could be as simple as being content with who they are and yet others it might be going to the gym seven days a week or eating healthy. Whatever your personal definition is just make sure that it makes you happy. Because without happiness I don&#8217;t think anyone can truly be sound, either mentally or physically.</p>
